Describe your main learning goals or a planned change in how your team works.

7. Which challenges or skill gaps are most important to address?

For example: inconsistent outputs, information exchange, coordination, repetitive tasks or a new team workflow. Please do not include confidential project or client information.

For example: preferred month, online / in person / blended, location and any scheduling constraints. You can leave this open for discussion.
